Since 2000 Rewind has offered Leicestershire’s premier band rehearsal space and today it continues to do so going from strength to strength. Rewind is run by musicians for musicians. Founded by drummer John Chamberlain, Rewind has offered musicians young, old, experienced and newcomers inviting surroundings to rehearse. Not only that, but we pride ourselves on presenting talented musicians with opportunities that just otherwise aren’t available in the local area. To this end we have helped bands find like-minded musicians, booked and put on our own gigs, hosted battle of the band competitions and drum clinics and always been on hand to offer advice to bands.

During the past 11 years we have welcomed hundreds of bands and thousands of musicians, including session drumming legend Dougie Wright (Jeff Beck, Paul McCartney), blues guitar ace Aynsley Lister and The Undertones frontman Feargal Sharkey. Even MP David Treddinnick came down for a bash on the tubs (we advised him not to give up his day job).

Now in our second decade, we remain as committed as ever to providing first class facilities for musicians, whether it be gear rental, a place to sell your unwanted kit or, of course, a place to rehearse and look forward to many more decades to come.
